1.                    Provide a $100 Non Refundable deposit upon the signing of this contract for the purchase of a silver or smoke kitten. $300 deposit required for a bronze kitten. 
        2.                    Should the purchaser wish to pay in full at the signing of this contract, a $100 discount on full purchase price shall apply.
        3.                    If the purchaser changes their mind about the purchase of a kitten after paying in full, $100 will be deducted from any refund.
        4.                    The kitten/cat may not be sold, leased, given or loaned to any other person without the consent of
KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery.
        5.                  Under no circumstances is the kitten/cat to be given up to a humane shelter, RSPCA, or pet shop. Should the purchaser no longer be able to look after the kitten/cat for any reason, it is to be returned to Egyptian Mau Cattery.  If  the kitten/cat be returned before 6 months of age a 50% refund will apply. If the kitten/cat is returned after 6 months of age no refund will apply, however, Egyptian Mau Cattery will attempt to rehome the kitten/cat. The purchaser is to get a  qualified vet health check of the kitten/cat prior to it's return to Katzmau Egyptian Mau Cattery.
         6.                   The kitten/cat described is to be kept indoors at all times. The kitten/cat shall not be declawed.
If within the first 72 hours after the kitten/cat goes to the purchaser, the purchaser wishes to return the kitten/cat for any reason, KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery will accept the return(with transportation of kitten/cat at purchaser’s expense).
KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery will give a 90% credit to the purchaser towards purchase of another kitten/cat or a cash
refund minus any transportation costs.
         7.                    The purchaser assumes all responsibility for any and all expenses incurred in relation to the kitten/cat after it leaves KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery. 
         8.                    If a kitten under the age of four (4) months dies due to illness or disease, KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery will refund the full purchase price (less transportation expenses) or will replace with a kitten/cat of equal value and quality as available, only if illness or disease has been proven by tests, including autopsy (at new owners expense), by a qualified veterinarian, and only if illness or disease was contracted at KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery. 
          9.                   If the purchaser notifies KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery that the kitten/cat has died, within one year of the date of  sale, from a genetic, inherent defect, as specified by a veterinarian report and if necessary an autopsy (at new owners expense), KATZMAU Egyptian Mau Cattery will refund 50% of purchase price to the purchaser or a credit towards a replacement kitten/cat (less transportation costs) 
         10.                 The kitten/cat covered by this contract is at date of sale, healthy, litter box trained, and suitable for sale as a pet. The kitten/cat has been fully vaccinated, desexed, microchipped and was fully vet checked prior to handing over to the purchaser. Kittens are sold with no known defects or diseases.

        11.                 All subsequent required annual vaccinations and health care are the responsibility of the purchaser.
